Other Advisers Said Your Account Was Too Small.
Mine starts at $100. No minimum that prices you out, no commissions, no being passed to a junior adviser. Fee-only fiduciary in Sandy, Utah.
Sky-High Minimums Locked You Out. Not Here.
You've tried to get professional help with your money. It didn't go the way you expected.
Turned Away at the Door
You called a few advisers. They asked how much you had to invest, and the conversation ended. Their minimums were more than you had. You didn't make the cut.
Stuck With an App
Since no real adviser would take you, you ended up with a robo-adviser or a trading app. It's better than nothing, but nobody's actually watching your money.
The Wrong Advisers Want You
Commission-based advisers love small accounts. Not because they want to help. Because they can sell you products. Whole life insurance, loaded funds, annuities you don't need.
Priced Out of Real Management
You want someone managing your portfolio who has a legal obligation to act in your interest. But most fee-only advisers have high minimums just to start. Mine is $100.
Three Model Portfolios
I'll match you to the right one.
Income Portfolio
Dividends and cash flow Good for: investors focused on dividend income who want professional management without a high minimumDividend-paying companies selected for cash flow, not price chasing. This portfolio can still lose value. Dividends are not guaranteed and can be cut or eliminated at any time.
Growth Portfolio
Long-term compounding Good for: growth-focused investors with a few years or longer time horizon, no matter your starting balanceCompanies with durable competitive advantages, selected for long-term ownership. Growth investments carry market risk, and your portfolio's value may decline, including over extended periods.
Speculative Portfolio
Higher risk, higher volatility. Loss of principal possible. Good for: investors with a long time horizon who can stomach sharp dropsConcentrated positions in a small number of smaller companies. Higher risk than the other two portfolios. This portfolio may experience significant declines and loss of principal. Suitable only for investors with high risk tolerance.
| What you won't pay | Amount |

How to Start
Three steps. Here's exactly how it works.
Review & questionnaire
Same process, same attention, whether you start with $100 or $10,000. I send disclosures up front. You fill out a short form about your goals, timeline, and how much loss you can handle. No commitment required.
I pick the portfolio
I recommend a portfolio based on your answers. Your account size doesn't change the recommendation. I explain the reasoning before you commit.
Sign & fund
Sign online. Fund your Interactive Brokers account. I set up the portfolio and manage it from there. No minimum checkpoints.
You can stop anytime. No contracts, no exit fees.

I started NarStar because the industry has a gatekeeper problem. If you don't meet the typical minimums, most advisers won't return your call. That never made sense to me. People with smaller accounts need professional management just as much as anyone else. So I built a firm where the minimum is $100. That's it.
Before this, I built the software that traders use to make decisions. Analytical tools, backtesting systems, the kind of work where you learn to think in data and probabilities. I bring that same analytical approach to every portfolio I manage, regardless of your starting balance. When you email or call, I'm the one who replies.
NarStar registered in Utah in January 2026. I don’t have years of client results to point to yet. What I do have is my registration, my disclosures, and the fact that your money sits at Interactive Brokers in your name, not mine. Any remaining conflicts of interest are described in my Form ADV Part 2A (opens in new tab).
